Website information
Website content is provided for general information. It is not a quote, contract, warranty, engineering opinion, or promise of price, timing, availability, or project suitability.
Home improvement projects
Every project is governed by its own written agreement. The signed agreement controls the approved scope, products, price, payment terms, schedule, responsibilities, exclusions, change orders, and warranties. Submitting a form or contacting Solo does not create a contractor-customer relationship or require either party to proceed.
Private application terms
The following terms apply only to authorized Solo personnel using Solo KPI Read Only.
License
Solo KPI Read Only is a private application for authorized Solo Home Improvement personnel. Solo grants authorized users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application solely for Solo’s internal reporting and administration.
Users may not copy, sell, sublicense, distribute, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, interfere with the application, use it for another company, or access data without authorization. The application does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.
QuickBooks authorization
The application accesses QuickBooks data only after an authorized administrator approves access through Intuit. Authorization may be revoked through QuickBooks or by following the disconnection instructions.
Acceptable use
Do not violate law or another person’s rights, submit malicious or unlawful material, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malware, interfere with operation, or reuse website content except as allowed by law.
Intellectual property and third-party services
The website, application, branding, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by Solo Home Improvement or used with permission. The website and application may rely on third-party services, including hosting providers and Intuit, which operate under their own terms.
Availability and liability
The website and application are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Solo disclaims implied warranties relating to the website and application and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing changes an express warranty in a signed home improvement agreement or a right that cannot legally be waived.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Ohio law. Any dispute will be handled in a court with proper jurisdiction in Cuyahoga County, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Questions may be sent to info@solohomeimp.com or (216) 369-7660.
