Private QuickBooks application data
This section applies only to authorized Solo personnel using the private application.
Solo KPI Read Only is a private internal reporting tool. It uses Intuit authorization to access approved data from Solo Home Improvement’s own QuickBooks company. Depending on the approved permissions, this may include company information, customers, estimates, invoices, payments, items, and related accounting records.
QuickBooks data is used only for Solo’s internal reporting, reconciliation, job measurement, and business administration. Customers and members of the public cannot connect their QuickBooks accounts through this website. We do not sell QuickBooks data or use it for unrelated advertising. Authorized personnel can follow the QuickBooks disconnection instructions to revoke access.
How we share information
We may share information with service providers that help operate our website, email, cloud storage, security, accounting, analytics, and approved business systems. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to prevent fraud or misuse, or as part of a lawful business transfer. Solo Home Improvement does not sell personal information.
Retention and choices
